The exercise for this project was clear. A prime land hinged between a high class sea view hill and medium density high demand residential neighborhood, a clear residential program with a finely proportioned apartment chiseled by years of knowledge in the field from this experienced developer, and finally the sky was the as we were asked to invest efforts to reach the maximum limit allowed by civil aviation.

Stemming from this premise, the development was prompt and met the challenge with an elegant composition of very few and clear volumes endowed with an honest expression of combined natural and innovative materials. The project was intentionally left Spartan, allowing room for each potentially interested party to project their own image onto it.

The two towers composing this project rest on a generous front yard, allowing for comfortable drop offs for both buildings, as well as a direct access to the basements. Luxurious interior design, noble finishing materials and designed lighting, all combined to ensure an atmosphere of exclusivity for the residents and the visitors alike. They are present in all public and private zones, building lobbies, common rooms, apartment elevator, hallways, the interiors of the apartments, the lush back garden with its two sunk in seating areas, etc.

This body which presents itself to its environment with a very strong character makes it a definitive icon for the immediate Sakiet Al Janzir neighborhood and Ras Beirut at large.
