Creating a community project in a single building; that was the challenge of this project. Dictated by the very dynamic real estate market and the need for multiple typologies and sizes of apartments, we developed a design that provides a sculpted single volume housing all of the eighteen residential units. The first seven floors house two apartments (235+275m2), topped by simplexes of 320m2, and finally a 500m2 duplex.

The result is a project that reacts to its context by stepping back on its narrow elevation creating multiple terraces and outdoor gardens, while keeping its main northern elevation cleanly cut. All the balconies/verandas are located as blades on this façade, somehow stretching out towards a view that is in fact a neighborhood one.
