Urban design and master plan for a 35,000sqm "pieds dans l'eau" property in Beirut. Competition entry with Lead Design by D.G.T. Architects/Paris. The program called for a mix between public hospitality functions (resort hotel), and private ones (private apartments and villas). The proposal with its 65,000sqm of sellable B.U.A. is a rich composition which interpreted the program with thoroughness and translated into a powerful and contextual volumes.
