The 3 floor existing building has a modest footprint of 120sqm. Being affected by a road planning, the client decided to renovate it while considering that one day he might lose 24sqm from his floor plate. This became the guide for the design developed for this refurbishment and building renovation project.

The new program was mainly residential in nature, topped by a penthouse and its private terrace on the last roof floor.
